Complete Official COVA Application First
Complete China's official online visa application at consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/ before continuing. Select your correct consulate: San Francisco (NorCal, NV, OR, WA, AK, ID, MT, WY), Los Angeles (SoCal, AZ, HI, UT, CO, NM), or Washington D.C. (TX, FL, VA, GA, MD, NC, TN, SC, LA, OK, KY, WV, DE, AL, AR, MS, DC, PR). This cannot be changed after submission.
Once your COVA reaches "Passport to be Submitted" status (takes 4–15 business days after you apply), you're cleared to move forward. You don't need to wait for payment — just let us know you're ready, and we'll personally email you our mailing address and a simple photo-guide with everything you need.
If COVA already shows "Passport to be Submitted," you don't need to fill out the complete application below. Just confirm you're ready and leave your email and phone — Mandy will personally email you our mailing address and a simple photo-guide, usually within a few hours.
